Become a Retailer
To become a retailer of the best souvenirs from Texas sign up for an account with Texas Love Gifts! All sellers are required to have an active resale tax ID.
Once your account is approved, we will set up your account and send you an invitation to activate and complete your account set up. Once your account is activated, you can begin shopping!
All new resellers are receive 15% off their first order with code: TXLV15
We also sell on Faire.com!
Non-Retail Bulk Orders
If you're interested in any of our products in bulk but do not have a resale ID, please contact us for pricing and availability. We will invoice you directly with sales tax added.
We do accept applications from online only stores, but we do not permit our retailers to sell on Amazon.com.
Orders are made online through our wholesale website or on Faire.com.
Payments are collected in our secure Shopify payment portal. 100% payment is required before the order is shipped, shipping is calculated based on product weight.
Our products do have order minimums, but don't worry we keep it pretty low. Product minimums vary by product category.
We offer low order minimums of $50.
Generally, stock availability is indicated on our website. However, in the event of a backorder the items will not be shipped. You will be refunded for the backordered items before the order is completed. A new order will need to be placed once the item is restocked.
We will ship your order just as fast as we can. Orders will be packaged in as few boxes as possible and shipped approximately 1-2 business days from order date. Orders received before 2 p.m. will be shipped out next business day.
Shipping is calculated based on product weight.
We do not ship internationally.
We cannot guarantee exclusivity. Please check our list of retailers to see if there is already a store in your area selling Texas Love Gifts products.
All products must be displayed or sold in store with their original packaging or labeling.
All defective or broken items will be replaced or refunded, please notify us within 15 business days of receipt if you have received a defective or broken item.
We're Texans. We value honesty, loyalty and quality craftsmanship. If you're dissatisfied with your Texas product for any reason, write us.
We'll make it right and we won't twist your arm!
Retailers must comply with all terms and policies outlined here on the Terms & Policies page. We reserve the right to refuse orders from any approved retailer for non-compliance.
